Rowel Co. wants every customer to be able to browse, read about and buy our goods, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

What we do

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
• We write descriptive alternative text for product and editorial images.
• We use real headings, labeled form fields and readable text sizes and contrast.
• We check new pages and features on phones and desktops, with a keyboard and with zoom.

Known limits

Some content comes from makers and third-party tools, such as product photos, payment pages, chat and review widgets. We do not control all of it, but we will work with those providers when a problem is reported. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some pages may not yet fully meet our goal.
