Every piece ships direct from its maker

We don't keep a warehouse. Each item ships straight from the brand or workshop that makes it, so it gets to you without a stop in between. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

If your order includes pieces from more than one maker, they arrive in separate boxes, each with its own tracking number. You'll get every tracking link by email.

Timing

Each maker ships on its own schedule, and carrier dates are estimates, not guarantees. Made-to-order and handmade pieces take a few extra business days; the product page says so. Need it by a date? Order early, or write to us first and we'll tell you what we know.

Lost or damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos if something arrived damaged, and we'll make it right with the maker and the carrier.
