14 days to decide
If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How to return
- Email cinderandcrown@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
- We'll send the return address for that maker. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us; returns go to different makers.
- Ship it back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the maker receives and checks the item. If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, tell us within 7 days of delivery; we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.
Final sale
Items marked Final sale on the product page, personalized or made-to-order pieces, gift cards and pierced earrings can't be returned. Please check sizing before you order.
