Base camp sits at the tree line, with a canvas wall tent, a sheet iron stove and a long view down the valley.
This Western knife fits the place. It runs 11 inches overall with a 6-inch hand-forged Damascus blade, a camel bone handle with natural grain and a brass or steel guard. A hand-stitched leather sheath with belt loop keeps it ready for camp, ranch or display.
