Olive wood carries a grain that swirls like river water, warm and a little wild. No two pieces ever match.
This Western knife runs 11 inches overall with a 6-inch hand-forged Damascus blade, a solid olive wood handle and a brass or steel guard. A hand-stitched leather sheath with belt loop keeps it close at the ranch, in the woods or by the fire.
